Meta Tag at Glance : Robots

The last part of Meta Tag is the Robots. Yesterday we discussed about the Description and Keyword. Robots meta tag also have an important role in the SEO theory. The main purpose of robots meta tag is to determine the web page, which can be in the index by a spider and web pages which do not. This tag is especially useful if some site uses frames to navigate. Of course we do not want to display the menu in the frame to be read by search engines.

For example, if you want to read the spider main page, and browse all the links that exist then add the following:

With this spider will indexed your main page and the schedule for indexed other pages that can be searched through a hyperlink (< a href="" >).).

The following command will be instructed to spider not to index and browse the links that exist on a web page.
