Making Electric Resource Use Plan (Power Plan). By default Windows 7 already provides 3 types of plans to use its power source (power plan), namely the Balanced, Power saver and High. Balanced is a source of electrical power usage settings suggested by Windows 7. In addition to three types of settings the use of power resources, you can also create or plan the use of power resources in accordance with your wishes. To do this follow the steps below:

1. Click the Start menu
2. Click on Control Panel
3. Click Hardware and Sound
4. Click the Power Options
5. In the navigation pane, click Create a power plan options
6. On Plane name box, type a name for the settings to be performed
7. Click the Next button, the Edit Plan Settings window appears
8. Do the settings in the boxes provided
9. If you are finished, click the Create button. Back to the Power Options window
10. Close the Power Options window by clicking on the Close button
